Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BOXIT365 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Mohammad Khalid Bashammakh Establishment ("we", "us", or "BOXIT365"), a sole proprietorship registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration number 4030448874, headquartered in Jeddah.

About BOXIT365

BOXIT365 is a mobile application available on iOS and Android that enables users to create unique QR codes for physical storage boxes, log contents digitally, attach photos and voice recordings, and retrieve box information instantly by scanning the QR code — without opening a single box.

The App is designed for personal, household, and small business organizational use.

Eligibility

You may use BOXIT365 if you are:

• At least 13 years of age
• Capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law
• Not prohibited from using the App under the laws of your jurisdiction

Users under the age of 18 must use the App under parental or guardian supervision. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

Creating Your Account

To access BOXIT365 features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, email address, and phone number. You may also register using Google Sign-In.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
• Notify us immediately at support@boxit365.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Not share your account with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits

BOXIT365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

Subscription & Payments

Freemium Model

BOXIT365 operates on a freemium model. A free tier is available to all users with limited features. A paid Pro subscription unlocks enhanced functionality.

Pricing

Pro subscription pricing is displayed within the App at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with prior notice. All transactions are processed in the currency applicable to your App Store or Google Play account.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You authorize Apple or Google to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. BOXIT365 does not collect, store, or process any payment card or financial information.

Refund Policy

Platform Refund Policies

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform through which you made the purchase:

• Apple App Store: Submit a refund request via reportaproblem.apple.com or through the App Store app. Apple's refund policy governs all iOS purchases.
• Google Play Store: Submit a refund request within 48 hours of purchase via the Google Play app or play.google.com. Google's refund policy governs all Android purchases.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented access to Pro features after payment, contact us at support@boxit365.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and liaise with the relevant platform on your behalf.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

Free Tier Limitations

The free tier of BOXIT365 is provided as-is with the following limitations:

• Maximum of 5 storage boxes
• No photo uploads per box
• No voice recording feature
• No customized label printing

BOXIT365 reserves the right to modify free tier limitations at any time with reasonable notice provided via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.

User Content & Ownership

Your Content Belongs to You

All content you create, upload, or store within BOXIT365 — including box names, item descriptions, photos, and voice recordings ("User Content") — remains your sole and exclusive property. BOXIT365 does not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

Licence You Grant Us

By using BOXIT365, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. This licence terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you submit
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Your content does not contain malware, harmful code, or illegal material
• Your content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of others

Data Portability

You may export or delete your User Content at any time through the App settings or by contacting support@boxit365.com.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use BOXIT365 only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates Saudi law or community standards
• Circumvent any usage limits, subscription restrictions, or technical measures in the App
• Use the App to store or transmit any content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or harm
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

BOXIT365 Ownership

The BOXIT365 App, including its name, logo, design, code, features, user interface, and all associated intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Mohammad Khalid Bashammakh Establishment and is protected under applicable Saudi and international intellectual property laws.

Restricted Actions

You may not, without our express written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App or its content
• Use the BOXIT365 name, logo, or branding in any manner
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about BOXIT365, you grant us the right to use such feedback freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@boxit365.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 90 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your App Store or Google Play account.

Termination by BOXIT365

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the App
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limitations

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the App ceases immediately. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data, box content, or User Content due to technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
• Service interruptions, bugs, or errors in the App
• Any reliance placed on information retrieved via QR code scanning
• Losses arising from subscription billing issues handled by Apple or Google

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to BOXIT365 in the 3 months preceding the claim, or SAR 100 — whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers

BOXIT365 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• QR codes will remain scannable indefinitely under all physical conditions
• All data will be preserved in the event of device loss or app deletion
• The App will be compatible with all future device operating systems

BOXIT365 is an organizational tool and is not intended to serve as the sole record-keeping system for critical or irreplaceable information. Users are advised to maintain independent backups of important data.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@boxit365.com to seek an amicable resolution.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the Effective Date at the top of this document
• Display a prominent in-app notice before changes take effect
• Obtain renewed consent where required by applicable law

Your continued use of BOXIT365 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
